Joel, what the heck are you talking about?

I know, it sounds like Napoleon Dynamite asked the question, but bear with me.
I also realize that I thought I was going to tackle other issues regarding things prophetically oriented, but this thought is the only one given at the moment. I just want to give a brief overview of the book of Joel and what his message was and who he was writting to and for what purpose.
